Our standard warranty supplied with all products is 12 months. However, most of our lighting products are eligible for a free of charge warranty period of 3 to 5 years. To activate this, please complete and submit the warranty registration form below.
Note: The warranty period applicable to your product can be found in your User Manual supplied with the item, or on the top-right of the relevant product page on this site.
Our aftercare plan has been designed to offer complete piece-of-mind for the entire warranty period, during which time you will have access to our dedicated Service Delivery Team, who are here to assist you in any way they can. (aftercare does not include consumables)
